To consistently sustain the massive growth of our business, we are looking for a Programmatic & Ad Ops Specialist who will be responsible for setting up and optimizing programmatic ad campaigns.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and optimize programmatic ad revenue ensuring revenue goals are met.

  • Analyze daily ad performance, identifying trends and recommending optimization strategies to boost revenue.

  • Utilize data analysis to enhance ad delivery and maximize yield.

  • Generate weekly, ad hoc, and comprehensive reports on ad performance and revenue insights.

  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Content, Engineering) to troubleshoot ad-related issues and enhance performance.

 

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of international experience working on the publisher, media owner, or platform side, with a focus on programmatic ad monetization.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager for managing ad revenue and optimizing inventory.

  • Strong knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and ad networks for both technical and commercial integrations.

  • Expertise in programmatic platforms, ad trafficking, and online advertising technologies.

  • Experience in data analysis. 

  • Ability to manage complex projects, coordinate across multiple teams, and provide strategic direction.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable with a solutions-driven mindset.

  • Experience in analytics tools like Google Analytics and GTM as well as Power BI or Google Looker Studio. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Drive).

  • Fluent in English.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges in the ad tech landscape.
